Owner-Backed Workmanship Guarantee

I stand by my work.

If something I’ve installed or repaired isn’t working as it should due to my workmanship, I’ll come back and fix it at no charge.

What’s covered

This guarantee applies to faults or failures that are directly caused by my workmanship, including:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Loose or faulty connections
  • Work not performing as intended due to how it was completed

If the issue is a result of my work, I’ll make it right.

What’s not covered

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Pre-existing electrical faults or wiring issues not related to my work
  • Failures caused by faulty appliances, products, or materials not supplied by me
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, accidents, pests, water, weather, or power surges
  • Work altered or interfered with by another tradesperson or third party
  • General maintenance, wear and tear, or unrelated electrical issues discovered later

If the issue is unrelated to my workmanship, standard call-out and repair charges may apply.

How it works

  • Contact me as soon as you notice an issue
  • I’ll assess whether the problem is related to my workmanship
  • If it is, I’ll fix it at no cost
  • If it isn’t, I’ll explain why before any chargeable work is carried out
